These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Origo Family membership platform ("Origo Family", "we", "us"). By registering for a membership, registering as a partner business, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership

Origo Family membership is a paid subscription, currently priced at PKR 499 per billing period. Membership benefits — including free daily delivery and partner discounts — become active only once your membership has been reviewed and activated by an administrator; submitting a registration does not itself guarantee immediate access to benefits.

Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a membership at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse of benefits, or violation of these terms.

2. Free Delivery Benefit

Active members are entitled to one free delivery benefit per calendar day, on orders meeting the minimum order amount (currently PKR 500). This benefit cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other delivery promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise. Benefit eligibility is determined automatically and may be declined if your membership is not active, has expired, or is pending payment confirmation.

3. Partner Discounts

Discounts and offers displayed on this platform are provided by independent partner businesses. Each offer is subject to that partner's own availability, stock, and terms, and may be changed, paused, or withdrawn by the partner or by Origo Family at any time without prior notice. Origo Family facilitates the discount arrangement but is not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by partner businesses.

4. Partner Businesses

Businesses may apply to become an Origo Family partner through self-service registration. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Origo Family reserves the right to approve, reject, or deactivate any partner account at its discretion. Any discount percentage or commission terms proposed during registration are a starting proposal only and are not binding until confirmed directly with Origo Family.

5. Membership Card & Verification

Your digital membership card and QR code are personal to you and must not be shared, sold, duplicated, or used by anyone other than the registered member. Origo Family reserves the right to suspend a membership if a card or QR code is found to be shared or used fraudulently.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

Origo Family is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this platform, including delays or failures in delivery services provided by third parties.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
